APARTMENT AT YISHUN
APARTMENT AT YISHUN
Set within the mature heartlands of Yishun, this bachelor’s pad breaks away from the conventions of HDB design to present something far more distinctive: a home that is sharp, confident, and unapologetically masculine. Designed for a single professional with a keen eye for detail, the space has been transformed into a modern sanctuary layered with richness, contrast, and purpose.

Clad in dark laminates with matte velvet finishes, and paired with sleek quartz countertops, it balances utility and style—a space equally suited for morning coffees and weekend hosting.

From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere shifts. Charcoal tones, deep bronze accents, and textured surfaces set a moody, refined tone. Clean lines and controlled symmetry anchor the layout, while darker materials evoke a quiet strength—offering a welcome escape from the bright, clinical interiors often associated with urban living.
One of the standout transformations lies in the reconfiguration of the common areas. What was once a segmented and enclosed layout has been opened up into an expansive living-dining-kitchen flow, allowing natural light to glide effortlessly across the interior. The kitchen, once tucked away, is now an elegant extension of the living space.
Originally compact and utilitarian, the toilet was strategically enlarged by reclaiming underutilized areas from the adjacent kitchen area —turning what was once just a necessity into a quiet indulgence. With large-format tiles, a walk-in rain shower, and warm cove lighting, it feels like a boutique hotel moment in the everyday.
